A woman I know was asked to respond to a question about the $PLC “hate map” (LOL). here is her excellent response — I especially like how she caught how the $PLC connects criminal activity with marches and rallies, the two latter of which are Constitutiaonally protected activities.

Their so called intelligence report is out, and there’s one particularly nasty article that basically gossips about the personal lives of women who have the gall and the nerve to actually publicly support white survival. Although there is on fascinating bit of news — a prominent WN woman is the niece of a famous Irish mob boss. But otherwise it’s just nasty and very mean spirited gossip. Heck, who doesn’t have drama in their lives? They could do this to any group they don’t like and they’d find the same thing, but they make it out as though, “Look at the dysfunctional lives of these losers; ergo, White nationalism is wrong.”

The last thing about the $PLC is that it’s a gang of rich men, who seek to make poor people, poorer, by publicizing their identities and making it harder for them to get jobs, or even going so far as to “call their boss” and get them fired. Rich men, who seek to pauperize their enemies. No wonder it’s called the “Poverty” center — they use poverty as a weapon!

Below is my response to a request that came in today from the local NBC station. See original request below my response.

1. There is NO legal definition of “hate group,” which is why even the FBI does not, cannot, designate “hate groups.”
The $PLC uses the deliberately meaningless term “hate groups” in its fund-raising materials because it allows them to denigrate groups and individuals with which it disagrees without accusing them of any actual crimes, as noted in the last line of the “Hate Map” legend:
“Listing here does not imply a group advocates or engages in violence or other criminal activity.”
The fact of the matter is that the whole reason for a “Hate Map” is to imply that the “groups” on it are violent criminals. This has been the foundation of the $PLC’s ongoing fear campaign for more than 30 years. To this end, the “Hate Map” legend also states that:
“Hate group activities can include criminal acts, marches, rallies, speeches, meetings, leafleting or publishing.”
Marches, rallies, speeches, meetings, etc. are all Constitutionally protected under the Bill of Rights. The $PLC deliberately conflates these basic civil rights with criminal acts and “hate group” activities because it frightens their mostly elderly donor base.
