Here’s an example of a white man renting his house to a Section 8 African-American woman, so she can, in the words of HUD Secretary Shaun Donovan, “live in a neighborhood she can be proud of.” Us hapless taxpayers paid 1000 a month in rent so she can live in this house and look what happened (liveleak video at link). I had a landlord back in 2003 whose day job was working as a plumber at some project housing. He said project housing was VERY HIGH MAINTENANCE because the blacks were constantly breaking stuff on purpose.

It’s absolutely true. They are anti-humans. We create and manufacture stuff they cant comprehend and they destroy it.
They are never held responsible for what they do. Our government treats them as if they have no moral agency. Many of them have probably lost the capacity.
When the pendulum swings, it will be very, very ugly.
Wow! If you read his comments at the end, he left his car doors unlocked so no one would bust out the windows. If that isn’t symbolic of what White people all over the world are doing right now, I don’t know what is.
I have a bible verse for this Christian chap. Be as wise as a serpent, as gentle as a dove.
He’s got the dove part down pat. Now he needs to get wise and stop giving his hard earned money to the evil greedy trolls running the banks. THEY deliberately rigged this system so people like him would LOSE. He owes them nothing.
Oh and I have worked in real estate of and on from ’94 until now and that house is not in unusual condition at all for a foreclosed house.
Great comment Maureen!
The consequences of not being race conscious. Naïve ignorant fool.
It does beg the question: if the area was “turning”, who else would rent there?
Maybe this was explained in the video, but why did he opt to become a landlord who would accept Section 8 renters? What was he thinking?
He was thinking that it would be easy guaranteed mney and hoped that the tenant wouldnn’t destroy his house. Ha!
Sometimes there is little choice.

“Your state or municipality may have something to say about your ability to refuse to participate in Section 8. As mentioned, Connecticut landlords must accept Section 8 tenants; and in New Jersey, if an existing tenant becomes eligible for Section 8 assistance, landlords must participate at least as to this tenant.”

thanks for catching that. I think I saved it.
Oops, looks like I didn’t save that one. Sorry about that.
