Green Polka Dot Box

Psst, they are trading on the stock market as GPDB. This is not financial advice.

If this company succeeds though, it shows what the public thinks of GM poison “food.”

Counter-Currents just published an interview with the author of a blog called My Nationalist Pony. (My Little Pony is a girls’ TV show.) Having never watched it, I was curious. The whole interview is fascinating and I highly recommend it. In it, the author cites the following statistic:

we can state with a 95% confidence that between 4.0% and 6.8% of the internet-using US population strongly identify as bronies, or approximately 7 to 12.4 million people.

I had heard of bronies before, but I had no idea there were so many! I never understood them, either – I sort of just wrote them off as freaks.

Basically his premise is that this cartoon is a subversive nationalist mindweapon, and his blog (which is exceptionally well written) explains all of this in great detail. It is SO refreshing to look at nationalism from a radically new and contemporary angle – something that real people can relate to, other than the old European standbys. All of the Nazi! Fascist! baggage is gone and we can look at it from a standpoint of family, love, tradition, etc. (Which we knew it was all along, but the enemy’s programmed resistance to all of that stuff in the contemporary western mind is very strong.)

Imagine if this show were called My Little Nazi-Pony and it was exactly the same, except all the ponies were Nazis. Abe Foxman would have an aneurysm. But… how do you program resistance to cute ponies? Imagine ADL releasing a public statement denouncing My Little Pony. Hilarious!

If the statistic above is true, then the biggest emerging nationalist movement is not Golden Dawn. It’s not UKIP or FN. It’s a TV show about magical ponies for girls!

Anyway, I just thought this was totally brilliant and exactly the way in which WN 2.0 needs to operate. Now I need to actually watch this show to see it for myself.

Zek, this is the first time I’ve ever heard anyone say that My Little Pony is a crypto-nationalist cartoon or that Bronies are responding to the nationalist message. Usually when one hears about Bronies, the comments reference fanmade cartoon animal porn posted in the depths of 4chan. I would much rather believe young white guys are connecting to a hidden nationalist message in the cartoon than going the way of the young Asian “omnivores” addicted to depraved anime porn, though. lol

I hope this catches on. GM food is ruining us. I still want a GM meat tree though.
I hope My Little Pony not our only hope for a nationalist aware public. Kind of a Pyrrhic victory don’t you think?
