10 Symbols of Longevity qigong training; leaning back as far as you can (doing the limbo) is very good for you

The great thing about this qigong routine is there is a lot of leaning back. This is very good for you — it is therapeutic for people who sit down a lot. It is the opposite force of sitting down/hunching forwad. Anti-shrimp-back exercise.

I like Firefox anyway, so recommend the DownloadHelper add-on.

Stav, Systema, Acem meditation. Richard Rudgley, Pagan Resurrection also has a lot of European sourced internal work links to follow up on. Other suggestions anyone?

On martial arts generally, western combatives; boxing; wrestling; savate; reconstructed Pankration/pancrase (basically indistinguishable from modern MMA, also created by White guys); Jogo do Pau, canne de combat, Bataireacht and other stick/knife arts, offer all any one individual could need or master without needing to go for a Thai or Chinese take-away.

I know, and the Chinese are clever, work hard and don’t create a fuss. But of course we have all that already, thanks, no need for race-replacement. I should have thought it’s good to know we have our own traditions of exercise and combat, too.

I’m Nick Dean and fellist, btw, wordpress just prefers me as fellist even if I’ve already used my own name that session..
