The history of autism — looks like ethyl mercury in vaccines is a prime suspect.

Have you seen the numbers on this, MW? I thought I heard 1 in 88 births are now autistic. Shouldn’t be too long before all Murkan children are austistic.

What’s truly amazing is the silence of America’s scientists. They’ve been bought and paid for. It’s no different than the cigarette deal 50 years ago.

    • torgrim says:

“It’s not different that the cigarette deal 50 years ago.” Excellent comparison! I have thought the same thing for years, the silence from the scientific community is deafening. Where in the hell is the CDC?

  2. Mr. Rational says:

When mercury was removed from vaccines in Europe, the rate of autism…

    … changed not one bit.

The link between mercury preservatives in vaccines and autism has been conclusively debunked.

    • Wyandotte says:

The vaccination of growing children is bad for them regardless of whether or not there’s mercury in the vaccine. Please do some reading on this to understand why.

But mercury will probably make the already bad effects even worse. A long time ago most babies were born strong as bulls. The others died of infectious disease, as they should – it is Nature’s way of keeping the species tough. But now everyone is kept alive no matter what.

  3. PA says:

My own theory on autism, which I haven’t seen elsewhere: daycare. Maybe for some infants, the shock of separation from the mother, combined with what probably is a cold attitude of caregivers, is too much and they shut down.

    • mindweapon says:

No. You know by 6 months if they have autism, and PLENTY of kids have autism with unbroken mommy-care. If htey don’t smile at 6 months, ya got a problem.

A lot of kids show a turn for the worse right after they get their shots. Thousands of parents say this. Big Pharma has an interest in keeping this info down.

They should just make vaccines with an ingredient that is not mercury.

      • Mr. Rational says:

They should just make vaccines with an ingredient that is not mercury.

MW, that was done in Europe.  The rate of autism (diagnosis) kept going up even after mercury was pulled from infant vaccines.

It’s something else.  Assortative mating between nerds, food additives, malnutrition due to nutrients bred or processed out of foods… something.  But the link to the vaccine preservative thimerosal has been tested and conclusively falsified.

      • mindweapon says:

        Mr. Rational,

Thanks for this info. We definitely got to find it. pretty soon everyone will be autistic, like a previous commenter said.

      • Wyandotte says:

I am sorry to have to tell you that while mercury is bad for all and sundry and especially for babies and small children, nevertheless it is not the whole story. Vaccines are inherently bad. I did not have mine innoculated and they did not get anything serious. Please don’t come up with the “herd immunity” argument. It is laughably stupid and contradicts itself.

How is it that the human species – our variety in particular – got as far as we did without vaccines? Did you never wonder about that? Now that we and our kids are vaccinated countless times, is our species stronger? We are the worst bunch of weaklings in the galaxy and in all of human history. No, most of our kids won’t “get” measles, mumps, chicken pox and a dozen other diseases they vaccinate for – but we get everything else even if we don’t live to a ripe old age. You don’t see a connection? There are so many good books out there on the inherent danger of vaccines.

Disease is not caused, never has been caused, by lack of vaccination. It is not like a poor diet, where if you don’t get certain nutrients you then develop certain diseases, eg, rickets, scurvy, pellagra, beriberi/Korsakoff Syndrome, etc.

      • mindweapon says:

Thanks for this input, Wyandotte. I welcome all scientific viewpoints without endorsing any of them. Everyone shall decide for themselves.

      • Wyandotte says:

So many wilfully blind folks think this is a simple issue of Get the Infectious Disease vs Get the Vaccination, as if it is that simple. How about looking into the treatments for infectious diseases given by Dr. Fred Klenner back in the 1940s and 50s. The following is only one small article. There must be a hundred more out there. However, drug companies don’t benefit from vitamin therapy. Also, people have come to love drugs and chemicals. Vitamin C (and other vitamins) ain’t hip.

    • We are the worst bunch of weaklings in the galaxy and in all of human history.

That’s not at all true. We are the healthiest humans beings in the history of the world, we have significantly longer lifespans and much less disease. The worst health problems in the Western world are bad habits – unhealthy food, recreational drugs (tobacco, alcohol, etc.) Vaccination represented a major step forward for human health. Although the era of effective vaccination may be coming to an end, it’s undoubtedly made us healthier.

Herd immunity does not contradict itself nor is it “laughably stupid.” One could make a much stronger case that the anti-vax crowd is “laughably stupid” especially considering the evidence is simply not on their side.

Disease is not caused, never has been caused, by lack of vaccination.

Well, that is obviously true, but no one claimed that disease was “caused” by a lack of vaccination.

It is not like a poor diet, where if you don’t get certain nutrients you then develop certain diseases, eg, rickets, scurvy, pellagra, beriberi/Korsakoff Syndrome, etc.

I’ve never heard anyone making such a claim at all.

There are good reasons to be suspicious of Big Pharma and there is some evidence that certain common ingredients in various vaccines and other medicines are problematic. But the evidence shows clearly that vaccination has been a positive for human health.

I stick with science, that’s why I don’t believe various crazy theories that vaccination causes autism or that two planes can cause three skyscrapers to violate the laws of physics and demolish themselves or that race and sex are “social constructs.”

      • Mr. Rational says:

Bloody hell again, HR.  What brought down the 3 buildings was 3 fires.  That fire is a grave danger to a steel-frame skyscraper has been known for decades.

      • @Mr. Rational

You are ignorant of the facts and the evidence of 9/11, and seem unwilling to learn. You can lead a horse to water, etc.

I realize it’s emotionally difficult to confront your own cognitive dissonance, but at this late stage there’s really no excuse.

You might start by actually reading the NIST WTC7 report, which you clearly have not done. Then, you can examine the published work of Dr. Steven Jones of Brigham Young University and Dr. Neil Harrit of the University of Copenhagen. Then, you can examine the 100+ hours of eyewitness accounts, as I have done.

Until you have done that, take the old advice – it’s better to remain quiet and have people think you’re a fool than open your mouth and remove all doubt.

      • Mr. Rational says:

You are ignorant of the facts and the evidence of 9/11, and seem unwilling to learn. You can lead a horse to water, etc.

And what would those facts be?  The absence of evidence of explosions preceding the collapse of WTC2?  The obvious multi-story fire in WTC7?  I’ve brought this to your attention before, with direct links.  You have NO excuse for clinging to your false narrative.

I realize it’s emotionally difficult to confront your own cognitive dissonance

Look, idiot, I have personally driven by the scene of a bridge collapse where a petroleum fire brought down a steel-framed, concrete-decked structure.  That such fires soften and collapse the steel supports of concrete decks was known and demonstrated multiple times before and after 9/11.  Only in the case of WTC are you claiming that demolition charges were required to produce the observed results.  You exhibit the cognitive dissonance, and project that onto others.

You might start by actually reading the NIST WTC7 report, which you clearly have not done.

If you bothered to read the NIST site, you would read this:

        5. How did the fires cause WTC 7 to collapse?
The heat from the uncontrolled fires caused steel floor beams and girders to thermally expand, leading to a chain of events that caused a key structural column to fail. The failure of this structural column then initiated a fire-induced progressive collapse of the entire building.

Since you insist in denying the specifics listed on the NIST site while claiming you know them, I must conclude that you are unable to read.  That means you are an idiot.

      • mindweapon says:

Take the 911 debate somewhere else, please.

      • Mr. Rational says:

Indeed.  HR, please stop raising the subject here.  If you don’t throw around phrases like “three skyscrapers to violate the laws of physics and demolish themselves”, there won’t be any rebuttals.

Harvard: Fluoride Can Increase Autism and Attention Deficit Disorder

Government and Top University Studies: Fluoride Lowers IQ and Causes Other Health Problems

We reported last month that a Harvard study found that fluoride can lower children’s IQ by 7 points, and that numerous government reports have shown that fluoride can injure the brain and neurological system.

Now, one of the world’s most prestigious medical journals – Lancet – has published a Harvard study showing that fluoride is one of the chemicals which can increase autism and attention deficit disorder:

Neurodevelopmental disabilities, including autism, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, dyslexia, and other cognitive impairments, affect millions of children worldwide, and some diagnoses seem to be increasing in frequency. Industrial chemicals that injure the developing brain are among the known causes for this rise in prevalence. In 2006, we did a systematic review and identified five industrial chemicals as developmental neurotoxicants: lead, methylmercury, polychlorinated biphenyls, arsenic, and toluene. Since 2006, epidemiological studies have documented six additional developmental neurotoxicants—manganese, fluoride, chlorpyrifos, dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane, tetrachloroethylene, and the polybrominated diphenyl ethers. We postulate that even more neurotoxicants remain undiscovered. To control the pandemic of developmental neurotoxicity, we propose a global prevention strategy. Untested chemicals should not be presumed to be safe to brain development, and chemicals in existing use and all new chemicals must therefore be tested for developmental neurotoxicity.

Indeed – as we pointed out last year – our understanding of the effects of fluoride is similar to our understanding of lead in the 1970s.

A number of studies show that improved hygiene – and not fluoride – is responsible for the decline in cavities.

No wonder most of the world has banned water fluoridation, and polls show that people want a vote on the issue.
