I don’t understand how anyone can claim to know the level of any particular crime or sin. Can you imagine a survey caller asking, “Have you sold any of your food stamp allotment for other things?” How about, “Have you run any red lights?” or, ” Have you balled any hookers?”. I don’t think they’d get much truth.
I was married to a woman who cooked. We were on food stamps and ate well, not chateau briand, but we did have steak or other meats daily. It was about twice what we needed.
I know people who are now on food stamps. I lately bought one of them a basic cookbook; I see no good reason for them to spend money on food, considering the amount they’re allotted. The government is too generous; real food doesn’t cost that much if you look.

      Stary Wylk,

It’s a handout to the packaged food industry. We very much have a State Economy, a Command Economy.

The funny thing is, even though the non-whites get free food, they are getting poisoned at the same time.

But yes, you are right. Rice and beans are cheap. Fruit and Vegetables can be had cheap. A bit of meat, and you got a full, healthy diet.
